At Bad Egg Publishing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your aesthetic; if your purchase doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt handy so you can monitor the return journey.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the garments, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
